Taylor Keith Scholarship Program

It is with great sadness that NYFPS share the news of the passing of NYFPS alumna, evaluator, and volunteer, Taylor Keith, in 2019. Her dedication and support for the NYFPS program has had a tremendous positive impact on the program including its participants over the years.

NYFPS and Taylor's family are proud to launch the Taylor Keith Scholarship Program in her name to honor the legacy of her support for advancing the NYFPS mission.

The Taylor Keith Scholarship program provides financial support for students and/or schools to participate in NYFPS' competitive components, enabling participants with funding needs to experience the learning opportunities of the program. Scholarship recipients may be awarded partial or full required registration fees support. Applicants must communicate intent for consideration for the scholarship program during registration for the current school year's competitive components cycle and complete the application process before the first materials submission deadline.

Scholarship Application

At this time, only NYFPS participants and schools which have participated in the previous school year's competitive components cycle are eligible for consideration for this program. Incoming students or schools which have submitted an online form to participate in NYFPS' competitive components during the previous cycle, but were unable to participate due to funding challenges or registration after deadlines are also eligible to apply.

Details regarding this current school year's scholarship program and application process will be available upon communication of intent for consideration as coaches or participants submit their registrations for NYFPS at the beginning of the school year. Those who are interested in the scholarship program are encouraged to express interest or indicate their intent for consideration during communication with our Executive Director at time of the NYFPS school year registration.
